The Green Leaves facility was purpose-built for efficient, high-volume agricultural processing. The three-story facility was designed to separate key processing stages — improving hygiene, operational control, and workflow efficiency. In addition to lentils, the factory was capable of processing a wide range of spices — including cumin, coriander, anise, and black seeds — with minimal risk of cross-contamination.

Our advanced packaging units enabled us to serve both wholesale and retail markets. Between 2008 and 2011, we proudly represented Syria at major international trade exhibitions:

These events helped us establish a trusted reputation among global buyers. Our in-house Sortex system from Bühler (UK) ensured we could meet stringent quality and safety standards not only for lentils, but also for rice and other grains bound for international markets.
